The NGO Espoir Hope, with the support of a few donors, is valiantly working to aid the most disadvantaged and bring some joy to those who need it most. This year, the goal is to increase the number of beneficiary families by providing them with a special parcel containing essential staple foods for survival, such as maize, rice, beans, and cooking oil.
In addition to these vital items, the parcel will also include some festive foods and treats to make Christmas a moment of sharing and happiness. In the township of Naas, South Africa, the small Thuthukani School welcomes sixty children between the ages of 2 and 6. This community school was built thanks to generous donors but struggles to survive due to insufficient resources.
The Royal Kruger Lodge and Spa has committed to supporting the community by covering the salaries of teachers and staff, as well as the operational expenses.
However, basic infrastructure such as a kitchen, dining area, and adequate toilets facilities are critically lacking, as well as tables, chairs, and educational materials for the two classrooms.
